Eligibility

Only some geographies would have access to the Site's services. Account and Registration Requirements

To place orders on the Site, all customers must first register and login. For messages regarding your purchases from the site, you must keep your account and registration credentials up to date and correct.

Pricing

Unless otherwise noted, all products displayed on the Site shall be sold at MRP. The prices shown at the time of ordering are the prices charged on the delivery date.

You Agree and Confirm

That any additional costs paid by RK Sweets for redelivery will be collected from you if a non-delivery occurs due to a mistake on your part (i.e., erroneous name or address or any other incorrect information).
That you will only use the services provided by the site, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted organisations for legal purposes, and that you will follow all applicable laws and regulations when using and transacting on the Site.
In all cases where such information is asked of you, you will supply authentic and true information. RK Sweets maintains the right, at any time, to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you. If your details are discovered to be false (wholly or partially), RK Sweets reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject your registration and ban you from using the Services and/or other related websites without prior notice.
That you are using your best and most sensible judgement before entering into any transaction through this Site, and that you are accessing and transacting at your own risk.
That the address at which you have requested delivery of the product will be correct and proper in every way.
That you will carefully read the product description before placing a purchase. By making an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the terms of sale stated in the product description.

Colours

We have made every attempt to accurately depict the colours of our products that show on the Website. However, because the actual colours you see will be determined by your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the depiction of any colour on your monitor will be correct.

Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

RK Sweet's has the right to change the Terms & Conditions of Use of the Website at any time and without previous notice to you. You can always see the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions on the Site. You should examine the Site's Terms and Conditions on a frequent basis. If the updated Terms & Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should stop using the Service. However, by continuing to use the Service, you are understood to have agreed to accept and abide by the updated Terms and Conditions of Use of this Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be interpreted in compliance with Indian law. In any proceedings originating from this agreement, the Courts of Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any disagreement or controversy between the parties hereto regarding any of the terms of this User Agreement, whether in interpretation or otherwise, shall be addressed to an impartial arbitrator who will be selected by RK Sweets, and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The arbitration described above will be conducted in line with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration will take place in Bengaluru. The High Court of Judicature in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and the laws of India shall govern.

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted, or offered to the Site on or through this Site, or otherwise disclosed, submitted, or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") are and will remain the property of RK Sweets. Any such disclosure, submission, or offer of Comments constitutes a transfer to RK Sweets of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in any copyrights and other intellectual property in the Comments. Thus, RK Sweets owns all such rights, titles, and interests exclusively and shall not be limited in any way in its commercial or otherwise use of any Comments. RK Sweets will be free to use, reproduce, disclose, alter, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display, and distribute any Comments you provide for any reason and without compensation to you. RK Sweets does not examine posted Comments on a regular basis, but does retain the right (but not the responsibility) to monitor and edit or remove any Comments submitted to the Site.
